Website and Sponsor Updates

I hope our members have checked out the Society’s recently revised website. It features much of the well-reviewed styling and format of our previous website but has a few modern additions.

We have as a new sponsor of our web page AMHS member Phil Micali of Philitaly Cultural Exchanges. Philitaly offers small group tours of Italy, and of particular note to members, he has an April 16-27, 2026 trip to Abruzzo and Molise! Click here for more info.

Over the next few months, you will see that the Notiziario archive section will be easier to use. We will be converting those PDF documents into the modern blog post format, improving users’ ability to search for past articles and share them.

As mentioned in my last President's Message, we are making some big changes on the back end that will make our website easier to use and save thousands of dollars a year.

As part of this we will be changing the way that renewals of memberships are handled. It will look much more like a modern process through which you can pay in advance or subscribe for auto renewal, among other options. You will also be able to pay through more choices like Apple Pay or Google Pay and we will be able to process in-person credit card transactions.

As membership renewals become due, you will receive information on how to renew in the new system . It will be an easy process that will improve the user experience over the long haul. So please bear with us in this brief transition period, it will be worth it!
